You need to ensure that your password remains private. GlobeEarnTech LTD may disable your user ID and password at Company's discretion and without prior notice or explanation in case of breach of any paragraph of this term.
2. OUR SERVICES
2.1 Trading Hardware Rental
We rent the Trading Hardware by providing Services to You and our other Customers.
You acknowledge that by executing this Agreement and reserving the Trading Contract, and by logging into our company and accessing your account, you undertake crypto trading on your behalf only and for your own benefit.
2.2 crypto Trading
The Trading Hardware will mine crypto by utilizing Hashpower.
The crypto produced by the Trading Hardware (hereinafter referred to as “crypto”) will be centrally collected by us, and we will distribute to the Users (“Customer Portion”) based upon the Trading Contract Capacity allocated under valid Trading Contracts held by Users during the period of effectiveness of your Trading Contract (the “Term”), with such distributions subject to Maintenance Fees.
3. RULES FOR USERS
- It is prohibited to register multiple accounts on the company. One person can register a single account and perform all the necessary operations. If you break this rule, the company administration can remove such accounts and cancel the funds.
- It is prohibited to use this company for any purpose that causes or may cause damage to the company or interruption of the accessibility of the company, as well as for other purposes that are illegal or imply any type of fraud.
- It is prohibited to infringe on the copyright of the owners of the company.
- It is prohibited to insult and threaten the administration or users of the company.
- It is prohibited to perform systematic or automated actions (including trading, extraction or data collection) in connection with this company.
- If you violate these Terms of Use in any way, the GlobeEarnTech LTD is entitled to take measures such as the suspension or blocking of your account..
